This is the philosophy of Ms Rinku Mukherjee Bhate, Founder, Principal Consultant and CEO of Career Stroke. An MBA and a person with a rich experience in the field of HR. She has worked with No. 1 Recruitment Solutions Company in the country, Ma Foi Management Consultants . She has served in the capacity of consultant and coordinator for a range of solutions not limited to recruitment alone. Her two decades of experience brings along a variety of roles that includes HR surveys, corporate training, restructuring, personality profiling, to name a few. She brings with her a natural talent of being human in this Human Resource field. HR is her passion. In addition to her human resources background, Rinku has a wide range of leadership experience in operations, sales, marketing, and consulting for a number of organizations. The Principal Consultant, Rinku, boasts of dual expertise – HR and Marketing. Ultimately, one needs marketing efforts to source and recruit talents. This innate and intuitive interest in HR in unison with huge experience in marketing brings in great benefits to client organizations.

Being a visionary, her positive attitude and out of the box approach has contributed to her incredible success. Apart from the professional roles, she is also a mother of two lovely children and loves spending time with them.
