Qualification: – 10+2 / 10+3 (Diploma) /Graduate in any discipline

Pick & Drop Facility (Only for females) – (Pick & Drop points are Ramwadi phata, Novotel hotel & Brahman Chowk)

Shift Time – Males (Evening shift as 5 AM TO 2 PM)

Females (Morning shift as 6 AM TO 3 PM)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
  • Suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
  • Determining the cause of the problem.
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

 

Note: week off – Rotational week off (No week off on Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
