  1. Hubs and Branches Management under region.
  2. Line-haul, Feeder route and Local Vendor Management (On avg 40 vehicles/Day).
  3. Thorough knowledge of processing EWaybill
  4. Stock Management (80 Ton/Day approx).
  5. People Management (Leading team of 50 staff).
  6. New Projects, Policy Implementation Budget Preparation and General Management.
  7. Asset Management (Non movable Assets).
  8. Responsible for First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile operations within the region.
  9. Ensuring Quality, legal and GST compliance.
  10. Oversee New hiring, training and Team development.
  11. Act as Custodian of company’s process and SOP.
  12. Negotiate long term contracts with strategic suppliers/Vendors to ensure best cost, reliable supply & service support.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1.  Graduate or Post Graduate.
  2.  7+ years of experience in Courier / Logistics out of which 3 years should have been in a
    Senior position handling the Operations of the entire region.
