With a dual degree of MBA in Marketing and Finance, Swati has a good business acumen coupled with strong leadership qualities and a strong team spirit. Earlier to Career Stroke she has worked for a couple of industries including E-Commerce and BPO. Her expertise lies in people management domain and hence she proves to be brilliant while screening and interviewing people from various industries. At Career stroke she has been doing recruitments and team management for the company and its group company. Her intellectual and rational approach has proved to be a strong support for the organization. She is a personable team member and accoutred with rich experience and knowledge. Her forethought and quick-witted approach always prove fruitful to our clients. Her research and headhunting to fit the right talent for the right job is excellent and each time carried out with scrupulous attention to details.

She leads the Executive Search division of Career Stroke. Over the years of her association with the organization, she has led and accomplished successfully multiple critical and complex leadership hiring for MNCs and leading Indian organizations. She manages full life cycle recruitment process and partners with HR Heads of our client organizations to develop long-term and short-term recruitment strategies.

An MBA in Human Resources, Sejal has great organizational and team skills backed by her experience in running educational institution. She has recruited and sourced mid to senior level executives in the technical and IT fields for a no. of industries.
