An MBA and a person with rich experience in the field of HR, she has worked with the globally recognized HR Company Ma Foi Ranstad . She has served in the capacity of consultant and coordinator for a range of solutions not limited to recruitment alone. Her two decades of experience brings along a variety of roles that includes HR Surveys, Learning & Development, Leadership, Business and Life Coaching, to name a few. She brings with her a natural talent of being human in this Human Resource field! Her humbleness has won many hearts in her corporate as well as personal interactions. HR is her passion. In addition to her human resources background, Rinku has a wide range of leadership experiences in operations, sales, marketing, and consulting for a number of organizations. The Principal Consultant, Rinku, boasts of dual expertise – HR and Marketing. This innate and intuitive interest in HR in unison with huge experience in marketing brings in great benefits to client organizations.
