Chaitanya is a Mechanical Engineer from NIT, Jamshedpur and a Senior Management alumnus of IIM Calcutta and a certified trainer. He had held leadership positions in Sales, Service, Product Planning, Marketing, Strategy and Channel Management over three decades of career with Tata Motors, Eicher Motors, Mahindra Trucks & Buses and Force Motors. Training formed part of his responsibilities since early days in his long career. His audience included company executives, dealers, dealer teams, customers etc. He also established & managed Training School.

His highly contextual interventions, co-designed with clients, help effectively enhance 3 P’s (People, Products, Process) capabilities which unlock potential, sharpen competitive edge, inspire action, create superior customer experience and win more customers more often to catalyze growth. His focus is always on the outcomes, of which training and consulting are the means. He believes that people make the difference!
