Sanjyot is an MBA and a doctorate in management by qualification. She is certified in Coaching for Transformation by Leadership, USA and an ACC from ICF. She is also trained in Somatic Experiencing (intermediate) by Somatic Experiencing Institute, USA.  She has done various psychometric certifications such as Workplace Big 5, MBTI, DiSC. She is also trained in Non violent communication.

In a career span of more than two decades, she has designed and executed leadership development programs and organizational development initiative. Sanjyot is a leadership and talent development professional, executive coach and a facilitator. She has created content, facilitated changes and delivered training and coaching in a variety of settings.
